Senate Pest Control was the first company (out of three) to respond to my request in Angi and the only company that followed through with an appointment. Their staff showed up on time for their appointment, performed a detailed evaluation of my house, outside and inside, and provided a description of the potential entry points and issues that could be related to our pest problem. They have serviced our household twice, setting traps indoors and outdoors and applying insecticides. Our rodent problem is gone for now (2 months into the service) and our cricket problem is also gone for now.
