I had Jeremy from Senate Termite and Pest Control come out last week who did a great job identifying the source of the yellow jackets coming into my house. We were trying to figure this out on our own but were not successful. He also scheduled two technician s to come out and hopefully the hive will be taken care of and we are freed from the yellow jackets in the house

The customer service from the first phone call was polite, prompt and listened to my questions and concerns. Jeremy came out for the initial inspection. He called when he was a few blocks away as I had requested because I had situate my dog. He was thorough, knowledgeable and discussed multiple options. He explained every step and walked me through my options. Although he was there for a mice issue he listened to questions I had about other "visitors".

Great employees that came to my house. Very thorogh and friendly. Will use Senate again when in need.
