Bugs and insects are a fact of life in this neighborhood. But, for the first time in 30 years, I discovered a yellow jacket infestation (the hard way - ouch!) in a porch column. Sean came to inspect the location, and set an appointment for treatment. Today Jason came and got right to work on the flying yellow jackets and the nest inside the hollow decorative column with a contractor-grade-only foam. Jason thoroughly explained the plan for treatment, and I was gratified to see dead and dying yellow jackets al the column base. He was very personable and informative.
