On May 30, 2018, I had an initial inspection for rodent activity. I explained to the technician I was trying to sell the home. An of course during the inspection the technician determined I had termites on my fence and on some wood outback. He stated that he had to report it and it would be difficult to sell my home without termite treatment. He quoted a price of $1225 with a treatment saying this is the cheapest quote I would receive. I scheduled the treatment for June 5, 2018 because the technician stated he did not have the proper chemicals, time, or equipment to start the job.
