Collin was the technician for today's quarterly service of inside and outside. He called to see if he could arrive about an hour early, which worked well for me. He was very kind and was thorough in his work; I didn't feel he was just doing a few sprays here and there as I've experienced before (not with this company though!).

Sam Venable was my technician to check and refill rodent bait stations. He was very helpful and professional and shared some useful info about rat behavior. I'm very happy with the service I received.
