Senate Termite Control's termite insurance policy is a peace-of-mind maker, which I appreciate very much as a homeowner. Instead of paying more than $2,000.00 for termite treatment, I pay less than $200.00 a year premium, and I'm covered. If I didn't have the Senate policy and my house got termites, of course I would pay the $2,000.00 to save my home. But why would I go through that hassle, when it is totally preventable???

Their field technician did the property inspection, gave use two approaches to the mouse problem and one for the ants. Created a plan and services and got a date for the first treatment. They closed the mouse access points and set trap boxes as well as spraying for the ants. There will be follow up visits to complete the treatment.
